Mr. Binay Kumar Thakur is the Principal Consultant (Contracts) at OSICS. He has a Bachelor of technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He carries a rich experience of over 36 years. He retired as Chief General Manager from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). He has a specialization in Project Management, Model Construction Agreements, EPC and PPP Projects. Currently at OSICS, he is in-charge of Contract Management.
