Mr. Rajeev Jha is the Chief Financial Officer of OSICS. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Magadh University, and an esteemed fellowship in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He showcases the diverse expertise that chartered accountants can bring to the forefront. He began his career over two decades ago and has held numerous significant roles in reputable firms since then. He has rich experience in development of corporate financial strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, fundraising, taxation, corporate governance, valuation, compliance and legal drafting / vetting. He believes in process-based approach and control systems. He is responsible for corporate financial strategy and management, corporate governance, compliance, taxation and fundraising for the company.
